 Feel the Bern OC is proud to announce that we have voted to endorse Beatriz "Betty" Valencia for Orange City Council.

Betty is a bold, unapologetic Progressive voice in the democratic party. She embodies the values of this club and we are so excited to have a candidate like her in Orange County. Betty not only talks about Progressive values but she shows up and is present at every event, rally, meeting, and action to support our communities and grassroots.

Betty faces a special election November 5, 2019 so it is very important we support her and build a strong ground game. Betty is always there for us and we will be there for her.

To be a party of the team and support Betty come to the canvassing event this weekend on Sunday for Betty Valencia and Senator Bernie Sanders in Orange. Canvass For Bernie 2020 and Betty Valencia For Orange!

Richard is a true Progressive warrior that will stand up for the issues important to all of us. Not only does he fight for change but he has a clear plan and strategy to accomplish it. Richard is passionate about helping local, small business thrive in our community, creating jobs. Richard also speaks to the decriminalization of homelessness, so that we can treat our unhoused brothers and sisters with compassion and respect.

Richard faces a tough election in the area of Aliso Viejo. We have a canvassing event set up and we need to show up to support. Canvass For Bernie 2020 and Richard Hurt For Aliso Viejo!

 Feel the Bern OC is proud to announce that we have voted to endorse Kimberly Ellis to be the next Chair for the California Democratic Party!

There is so much we can include in this post about why we have chosen Kimberly as our candidate. To summarize it came down to her unbossed and unbought stances on accountability, transparency, healthcare for all, a green new deal, democratizing the democratic party, housing as a human right, public banking, and banning fracking. She is unafraid to stand up to corporate interests and that is exactly who we need leading the charge in the democratic party!

Feel the Bern Orange County is proud to announce that we have voted to endorse U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders for President of the United States.

The executive board made this motion during our first official meeting and it passed unanimously. This sets the tone for what our club will be about. We have high expectations for our candidates and we demand that they fight just as hard as we do for the issues important to us all.

Senator Bernie Sanders stands for the issues most important to this club. For the last 40+ years he has been fighting for the important issues and has remained consistent. He has changed the political landscape and how elections are financed. Because of his bold stance on campaign finance reform it is now the norm to fund raise through grassroots. He has shown us all what people power can do.

This club will continue to stand with candidates like Senator Bernie Sanders. We will not accept half measures. If you feel like this sounds like you, please attend our monthly membership meetings and join our club as a member.
